Biography
As Vice President of Brand Stewardship for Travel Oregon, Kevin Wright leads the agency’s global sales and marketing efforts, driving initiatives that have elevated Oregon as a top destination worldwide. Since joining the organization in 2005, he has been instrumental in shaping the state’s tourism success. Known for building strong teams and implementing innovative marketing strategies, he has overseen award-winning advertising campaigns that have significantly increased Oregon’s visibility in the global tourism industry.
Kevin serves on the board of directors for Travelability, is a member of the International Air Service Committee, and has previously contributed to the boards of Ski Oregon and U.S. Travel Association's marketing and networking committees. Before relocating to Oregon, his career included ten years of marketing experience in the Colorado ski industry, where he also worked as Marketing Specialist for the Colorado Tourism Office and the Colorado Film Commission, helping position Colorado as a top travel destination.
Kevin lives in Bend, Oregon, with his wife, two kids, and their dog, Barry. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, fishing, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with his family in their camper whenever possible.
