Please note that all prices listed below are in U.S. dollars (USD). Registration is mandatory for attending the conference and for inclusion in the conference agenda/program.

Registration Fee Includes:
The registration fee covers full access to the conference, daily lunches, coffee break refreshments and Gala Dinner.
It also includes transportation for the one-day excursion to Rusutsu Resort on the final day. Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Registration Policy
Cancellation notices must be submitted in writing to the registration office (icdes2025@ec-mice.com).
The cancellation fees outlined below will apply based on the date the office receives your notice. Please note that "No Shows" are not eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for on-site "No Shows," but substitute attendees are welcome.
If you register as a student, you will be required to email a copy of your student ID card.
Once a successful registration transaction has been completed, confirmation of registration and an invitation letter in soft copy via email will be sent to the email address of the registrant (if required).
Accommodation, travel expenses and travel visas expenses are not included in the registration fee and are the responsibility of the delegate.

In the event of program cancellation due to Force Majeure, including Acts of God, a full refund will be provided.

Conference Visa
Invitation Letters for Visa Application
Individuals requesting a letter of invitation with additional support documents issued by the organizer must be a registered attendee with fee(s) paid in advance.
- Those eligible to request the letter and documents are:
- Presenting authors (Speaker), co-authors, conference participants and those whose attendance is recognized as necessary by the Organizer

The secretariat assists attendees of ICDES2025 with the issuance of these documents but cannot guarantee that an entry visa will be granted.
