Biography

Kenjiro joined a private railway company in Tokyo in the 1990s and has since played a key role in numerous overseas real estate development projects in the United States and Australia, applying Japanese railway-oriented development expertise internationally. His achievements include completing a 30-year suburban residential development in Seattle, Washington as Director and Vice President of Real Estate Development, overseeing world-class resort and infrastructure development in Kona, Hawaii as CEO and Head of Master Plan Development, and driving Sub-City center initiatives in Perth, Western Australia, in collaboration with federal and local governments as Director and Executive Officer. Since 2015, he has also been involved in tourism projects in Tokyo, ranging from Shibuya city-integrated events to musical collaborations with London and New York. In 2017, he joined the airport privatization team, taking charge of airport operations, tourism promotion, and secondary transport, and contributed to Sendai Airport privatization project in 2022, where he has held his current position since 2023.
