Biography

Born in Hokkaido.

After graduating from Emerson College in the United States in 2002, joined Kamori Kanko Co., Ltd. in 2003.
Served as Secretary, Manager of Sales Planning, and Manager of the Overseas Business Division.
Subsequently, in 2018, became President of Kamori Kanko Co., Ltd., continuing to lead innovative projects and operations centered around Rusutsu Resort.
In 2024, Rusutsu Resort received the Japan’s Best Ski Resort award for a record fifth time—the most in Japan.
Internationally, Hisatake has also been involved in a wide range of business, including operating the world’s largest and oldest koala sanctuary in Australia, developing new restaurants, and establishing a brewery.
